Alison Ann Sweeney, an American actor and director on reality shows is also a scriptwriter. Sweeney was famous for her role as Samantha Sami Brady (as she was famous on The NBC soap Days of Our Lives) which was a contract role. Sweeney made the decision to quit in 1999. She ditched fads like drinking grapefruit or cabbage soup, and made healthy changes like taking out sodas that contain sugar, and began exercising in fitness classes that resembled boot camps.
